Jeff Tarbox
Senior Pastor
Pastor Jeff and his wife Darilynn founded New Life Church in 1983. They are both natives of Aroostook County, Maine where they met and married. Pastor Jeff graduated from Houghton College with a BA in Religion and received a Masters of Religion from Liberty University. Their vision is to see the Body of Christ advance in Southern Maine, this nation, and worldwide. They have four grown children; Jamie, Alicia, Jeffrey, and Jeremy, and five grandchildren.

Darilynn Tarbox
Director of Early Childhood Ministries
Darilynn is currently the director of the Children’s Ministry at New Life. She received her degree in Christian Education from Houghton College. She has faithfully served alongside her husband in helping pastor and grow New Life Church. She desires to minister the heart of God to all the children of New Life.

John Welsh
Senior Associate Pastor
John’s primary focus is serving as Missions Pastor. He and his wife Dottie are from Broomall, Pennsylvania, where they met and were married in 1971. Called to Maine in 1983, they have planted and pastored churches until coming to New Life in 1999. John’s desire is for God’s people to unconditionally “be His”, and “do His will”. John believes this is accomplished as we consistently encounter God. He sees Short Term Missions as a means for this to be facilitated as we are faithful to Messiah’s Commission (Matt. 28:18-20). Dottie is a leader on the Women’s Ministry Team whose heartbeat is to equip women to walk in the fullness of their inheritance as daughters of the Most High. They live in Buxton, ME and have four adult children; Jesse, Tim, Jenn and Becky, and 8 grandchildren.john.welsh@newlifemaine.org
 
Lise Roseberry
Worship Pastor
Lise is Pastor of Worship Ministry and a member of the Leadership Team for Women’s Ministry at New Life. In her anointing as singer, songwriter, and psalmist she leads the congregation in our weekly services to minister to the heart of God through worship and to grow ever more deeply in His love. She and her husband Greg have two grown daughters, Katie and Beth, and reside in Biddeford, Maine.

Nate Osgood
Youth Pastor
Nate is the overseeing pastor of JAG, our student ministry at New Life Church. He and his wife Jamie have a passion to see young people living lives that are making a difference in their generation. They have been in youth ministry at New Life since 2002. Pastor Nate has a BS in Business Management from the University of Maine. Jamie has her BSW in Social Work from the University of Southern Maine and her BS in Nursing from the University of Southern Maine. They live in Lyman, Maine, and have two beautiful children, Liana and Micah.

Matt Osgood
Community Life Pastor
Matt joined the New Life staff in June of 2007. He and his wife Alicia are graduates of Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, TX. They also completed a Discipleship Training School with YWAM in 2004. His primary focus at New Life is Discipleship and Hospitality. He has a heart to see people grow in their relationship with God. Alicia works part-time at New Life as an administrative assistant in the main office. They live in Lyman, ME with their three wonderful children, Anna, Zachariah and Samuel

Steve Butler
Children’s Pastor
Steve joined the New Life staff in May of 2010. Steve and his wife Kate attended Christ For the Nations Institute where he studied in children and family ministries. Steve has a heart and a vision for reaching out to the children and their families here at New Life Church. Justin Sweeney
Youth and Family Pastor
Justin joined the New Life staff in 2010 and has been in full-time ministry since 2003. He is the overseeing pastor of JAG, our student ministry (7th – 12th grade). Justin also has a passion for families and equipping parents to lead their families. Pastor Justin has recieved his BA and MA in Theology from Life Christian University and Seminary. He and his wife Katie live in Kennebunk and have two beautiful children, Molly and Carter.
